HOW TO USE
To magnify results, use with clear intention
Overthinking during the process is not the wizard’s way
The mineral is taken in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water. (at least 30 minutes before eating your breakfast). Take 1 crystal and add 250 ml room temperature water. Place your hand on the glass and speak your affirmation for about 30 seconds before drinking. Make sure there’s no crystal left in the glass; if there is, remove it and ingest it. Start with small doses and observe how you feel. Once you are familiar with the sensation, you can increase the dosage.
It is also advisable to take around 2.5 liters of water throughout the day to promote the effective detoxification process.
